RFB-10-15 - Macomb County 2015 Paving Projects

Summary of Specifications:
The Macomb County Purchasing Department will be receiving sealed bids for the Macomb County 2015 Paving Projects (Wakely Associates, Inc. Project Number 151606) The project consists of all necessary work to remove and replace portions of concrete slabs and walks, curbs, asphalt paving, parking lot striping, provide crack fill, seal coat, drainage structure repairs, and all associated work at the following sites: 1. Verkuilen Building 2. Macomb County Hall Road Facility 3. 16th Circuit Court 4. Macomb County Jail 5. Macomb County Health Dept. 6. 42nd District Court Division II, New Baltimore 7. Macomb County Animal Shelter 8. Southeast Health Center Note: A single lump sum proposal is being entertained for the work of this proposal. Partial or segregated bids or assignments for individual parts of the project will not be considered. Bidder shall include quotes for all alternates and unit prices; failure to do so may result in rejection of proposal. Work shall be substantially complete on or before October 31, 2015.
