42-22 - Macomb County Google Migration Project

The County of Macomb is extending this invitation to all vendors who would like to provide a written
proposal for a complete turnkey data conversion and migration solution that is ready for immediate
use upon installation / Go-Live production date. The terms and conditions of this RFP require the
vendor to provide all products and services necessary to support the successful installation,
integration, and operation of the solution. The solution shall include, but shall not be limited to, design,
configuration, installation, acceptance testing, training, documentation, and post go-live support of
the data conversion and migration solution. Vendor’s response to the RFP is an acknowledgement
that the bid includes all labor, material, services, and shift work necessary to provide a complete,
functional, and operational turnkey solution for the end user. This RFP defines the scope of products
and services desired, solution functionality requirements, technology foundation and vendor
qualification requirements.
