Summary of Specifications:
Project consists of: 

1. Disconnection, removal and legal offsite disposal of the existing flight type dish machine. a. Existing wash table shall be salvaged for reinstallation. 2. Procurement and installation of a new flight type dish machine. 3. Removal and replacement of portions of the existing gypsum board ceiling. 4. Temporary support of existing light fixtures, smoke detectors, speakers, strobes, exit signs, etc. 5. Cleaning of existing light fixtures with replacement of trim. 6. Removal and installation of new GRD’s in removed gypsum ceiling areas. 7. Prep to bare metal and repainting of existing ceiling hatches in removed gypsum ceiling areas. 8. Prep to bare metal and repainting of existing designated HM door and frame. 9. Repainting of new gypsum board ceiling. 10. Patching of any damaged quarry tile and/or porcelain ceramic wall tile. 11. Start up and testing of new dish machine. 12. Maintenance and service program/agreement for a period of five years
