07-25 - Mechanical Contractor(s)

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit qualified contractors to provide labor and material for residential Mechanical (HVAC) projects for the Macomb Community Action Housing Services department. All work is to be performed according to the minimum standards set forth by the United States Department of Energy, Housing and Urban Development, the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services, the County of Macomb, and Macomb Community Action.
