Description

Macomb County IT is seeking a firm (or firms) to complete an OnBase by Hyland Best Practices Implementation Review & Friend of the Court Unity and Workflow Design and Implementation.

The county is asking for responses/qualifications that highlight the strengths of each provider’s experience and ways in which each firm envisions partnering with the Information Technology Department and the Macomb County Friend of the Court.

You are invited to submit a qualifications response that details your services, qualifications, certifications and strategies that would support the implementation for Friend of the Court and/or the OnBase existing systems to meet Hyland’s best practices standards for implementing OnBase Enterprise wide.

Each firm may respond to either of the scopes of work or provide a combined solution.
