Summary of Specifications:
This specification describes one (1) ea. four ton trailer-mounted Asphalt Hotbox / Reclaimer unit. This unit will be used primarily to heat cold-mix patch to a usable consistency for pot-hole patching operations during cold weather months, and to maintain the temperature of hot-mix material during the summer for hot-patching road maintenance operations. The unit must also be designed for and capable of reclaiming used asphalt. Bidders must submit their bid on units that meets or exceed these specifications
