Summary of Specifications:
The project consists of all necessary work to provide a maximum of 120 hours per week (3FTE’s) of effective therapeutic intervention by Michigan Licensed Masters Level Therapist Counselors for the residential treatment programs operated at the Macomb County Juvenile Justice Center. Each counselor must have a minimum experience of 150 hours in group counseling using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, advance training to the treatment of adolescent sexual offenders, and drug/alcohol abuse co-occurring with mental illness and delinquency.
