The purpose of this request for bid (RFB), is to select a mechanical contractor to furnish all materials, labor, and services to replace the existing hot water boilers, circulating pumps, all heating pipes, valves, insulations, all electrical revisions, and all other related equipment inside the boiler room as shown, and specified in construction documents.
