The project consists of constructing approximately 45,000 square feet of 8-foot wide concrete pathway to fill in gaps throughout Macomb Township, in accordance with the Bidding Documents prepared by the Engineer.
CONTRACTOR must:
Have experience constructing new non-motorized pathways for projects of similar scope and complexity. Provide references for a minimum of three (3) similar projects within the last five (5) years with a minimum project length greater than or equal to one-half (1/2) mile.
The project consists of constructing a new 8-foot-wide concrete pathway to fill in gaps at ten locations in the
Township: 22 Mile Road (east of Hayes Road), 22 Mile Road (east of Garfield Road), 22 Mile Road (west of Romeo Plank Road), 22 Mile Road (east of Heydenreich Road), Romeo Plank Road (south of 22 Mile Road), Luchtman Road (south of 26 Mile Road), 21 Mile Road (east of North Avenue), and 21 Mile Road (east and west of Fairchild Road). The work includes approximately 37,000 square feet of 4-inch pathway, 6,700 square feet of 6-inch pathway, 800 square feet of 6-inch pathway ramps, and other miscellaneous items in accordance with the Bidding Documents prepared by the Engineer.
The Project has been designed by Fishbeck, Thompson, Carr & Huber, Inc. (ENGINEER), who is to act
as OWNER’s representative.
