RFI-SV-2013-1 - Avid Editing Systems

Summary of Specifications:
The Macomb Township Media Department is seeking information from video equipment sales companies that have experience in installing Avid editing systems. The Media Department will be replacing an 8 year old Avid Xpress with Mojo edit suite with a new Avid editing system and traditional support equipment (i.e. computer monitors, speakers and video monitors, etc.) and would like information from Avid resellers for the Michigan region in effort to develop a bid list for a near future use. Company info should include contact information for sales, support and integration including name(s), phone, email and your company’s website as well as a sample list of previous Avid installs. The current configuration of the Avid Express system is included in this packet and any new Avid edit suite will need to support the equipment as seen in the attachment. Any future purchase of the new Avid edit suite will be solicited on MITN and will require sealed bids.
