Macomb Township is soliciting sealed proposals for a contractor to provide a turnkey video surveillance system that is fully compatible with any existing cameras and with centralized management capabilities, for Macomb Township owned buildings. The system will incorporate legacy systems plus new equipment. Key expectations are to implement a reliable, scalable system that can be centrally managed and easy to deploy. The selected contractor(s) will be required to furnish all labor, materials, and equipment to perform the needed service pursuant to the proposal specifications contained herein. Each Proposer shall be responsible for visiting the site of the proposed work to fully acquaint themselves with the existing conditions so that they may fully understand what is needed.

Additional Bidding Instructions

All proposals must be clearly marked with RFP name and number, in addition to company name. A minimum of one original and two (2) copies of the executed Proposal Form shall be submitted in a sealed envelope. One copy in electronic format on a CD, DVD or USB flash drive formatted in Adobe (.pdf), Microsoft Word, and/or Microsoft Excel. The electronic copy that is an exact copy of the fully executed original may be submitted at the MITN site for this offering.

Proposal Format: Proposals must be submitted in the format outlined in SECTION 5 - INFORMATION REQUIRED FROM PROPOSERS to be deemed responsive.
