Summary of Specifications:
The Flint Mass Transportation Authority (MTA) will receive sealed Request for Proposals on June 2, 2016 by 10:00 am(EST) from General Contractors for General Construction Services as indicated in the Contract Documents: The Davison Area Service Center consists of but not limited to the following: 1. Office space – Approximately 2,006 square feet. 2. Server Room – Approximately 380 square feet. 3. Bus Storage Area for propane vehicles (pre-engineered building) – 12, 366 square feet. 4. Site work including utilities as indicated on drawings. 5. Radio Tower Design and installation. 6. Gasoline and Propane Fueling Systems including canopy. 7. Lightning Protection System.
