ITB-2016-07 - Concrete Pads for Shelters

Summary of Specifications:
MTA is soliciting bids from one or more potential contractors (“Contractor”) for the cost and construction of nine (9) concrete pads located on various sites in Genesee County. These concrete pads will be to house 5’ x 10’ bus shelters. The concrete pads shall be cured to a hard durable surface that is flat, relatively free of cracks and at the proper grade and elevation. Furthermore, the concrete pads shall be competitive in cost. MTA makes no representations, warranties or agreements with respect to this IFB. In addition, MTA makes no commitment to purchase any products or services or take any other action, including but not limited to, awarding a contract to the Supplier submitting the low responsive and responsible bid. MTA reserves the right to amend or cancel this IFB at any time for any or no reason. All amendments responsible to this IFB shall be in writing.
