2017-18 - Dental Group Insurance

The Mass Transportation Authority is requesting proposals for a Dental Insurance Group Plan for approximately 221 employees with 234 dependents participating in the current group plan.  This is a “Best Value” procurement with a contract term of two (2) years with the option to renew for three (3) additional one (1) year periods upon mutual agreement and have an effective date of January 1, 2018.  Cost proposals must remain valid regardless of the distribution of employees enrolled in each plan.  Proposer shall submit a group plan addressing the benefit summary attached as a minimum.
