2018-10 Purchase of Bulk Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG)
The Mass Transportation Authority (MTA) is soliciting bids from qualified supplier(s) to provide and delivery bulk LPG to all MTA facilities in Genesee County for our propane powered vehicles. Bids shall be submitted on or before 10:00 a.m. Local Time, Friday, June 15, 2018 at the MTA’s offices at 1401 S. Dort Hwy., Flint, MI. Specifications may be obtained at the same address from the Purchasing Department on or after June 1, 2018.
Bids shall be publicly opened and read aloud at MTA’s Administration Building located at 1401 S. Dort Hwy., Flint, MI at 10:15 a.m. local Time Friday, June 15, 2018. For more information and to request a copy of this IFB please visit www.mtaflint.org/Purchasing
The MTA reserves the right to waive any informality in the invitation for bid; to reject any or all bids; and to make any award which it considers to be in the best interest of the MTA. The MTA reserves the right to use whatever reasonable and prudent evaluation techniques it deems appropriate.
No bid may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after submission.
