Summary of Specifications:
The Mass Transportation Authority (MTA) is soliciting proposals from qualified supplier(s) to provide and delivery up to five (5) used and/or reconditioned 45’ Over The Road Coach Buses and all operating and maintenance manuals in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in RFP #2016-17. Buses shall be either CNG or Diesel Powered.
Sealed proposals must be received by the MTA, located at 1401 S. Dort Highway, Flint, MI 48503 at the Administration Building on or before 10:00 A.M. (EST), Friday, December 2, 2016. Proposals submitted by facsimile or email will not be accepted. Late proposals shall not be considered.
MTA makes no representations, warranties or agreements with respect to this RFP. In addition, MTA makes no commitment to purchase any products or services or take any other action, including but not limited to, awarding a contract to the individual/firm submitting the most qualified responsive proposal. MTA reserves the right to amend or cancel this RFP at any time for any or no reason. All amendments to this RFP shall be in writing.
No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after submission.
Financial support of this project is provided through financial assistance grants from the State of Michigan.
