2017-15 - RFQ: 2017-15 Architectural and Engineering Services for Design of CNG Projects

Responses are invited from qualified firm(s) to provide Architectural and Engineering Services for the design of the following projects:

• PROJECT 1 - Design of a private roadway and employee parking lots at MTA’s Grand Blanc campus that will have new ingress/egress to Maple Road and Dort Highway.
• PROJECT 2 – Design renovations work to have the MTA Operations Building retrofitted to store and perform major and minor maintenance repair on alternative energy vehicles particularly CNG Buses.    Qualifications shall be submitted on or before 1:00 p.m. (EDT), Wednesday, September 27, 2017 at the MTA’s offices at 1401 S. Dort Hwy., Flint, MI.  The Scope of Work may be obtained on or after Friday, September 1, 2017. 
  A non-mandatory meeting will be conducted on Tuesday, September 12, 2017 at 1:30 p.m. at the MTA Administration Building, 1401 S. Dort Highway, Flint, MI 48503 to walk-thru the proposed site(s) and clarify any questions.

  MTA makes no representations, warranties or agreements with respect to this RFQ.  In addition, MTA makes no commitment to purchase any products or services or take any other action, including but not limited to, awarding a contract to the individual/firm submitting the most qualified response.  MTA reserves the right to amend or cancel this RFQ at any time for any or no reason.  All amendments to this RFQ shall be in writing.
   
  No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after submission.
   
  Funding for this project is available from State and Federal Grants.
