RFP-20170109 - Fleet Leasing & Management Program

Summary of Specifications:
The Michigan Municipal Services Authority (Authority) is working with the City of Kalamazoo to establish a fleet leasing and management program by soliciting proposals and awarding a contract to satisfy needs not currently met by other public purchasing cooperatives such as MiDEAL and U.S. Communities. This will be a non-guaranteed amount contract. The contract will enable public agencies to purchase on an “as needed” basis from a competitively-awarded contract with a high–performing vendor.
