21-2415 - Channel Crossing Contract No. 3 -Memorial Drive

The Muskegon County Public Works Board is requesting bids for Water System Improvements: Muskegon County Channel Crossing Contract No. 3 Memorial Drive. The Muskegon County Water Department is seeking to procure a qualified contractor for continued work on the Channel Crossing Construction project. This work will include work on the water main, water service, street reconstruction, HMA paving, concrete curb and gutter, pavement markings and traffic control along Memorial Drive in Muskegon.

Vendors and/or their representatives may submit bids electronically through Bid Net or physically at: Muskegon County Procurement Office, 141 E. Apple Avenue, Muskegon, MI 49442.


The Muskegon County Public Works Board reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all bids or to accept the bid that it finds, in its sole discretion, to be in the best interest of the County.

A copy of the IFB will be available by Friday, February 26, 2021, online at www.bidnetdirect/mitn/muskegon-county. A Pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Friday, March 5, 2021, at 10:00 am via WebEx. See the attached Pre-Bid Meeting Invite for a link to the event.  

All bids must be submitted no later than 2:00 PM on Friday, March 19, 2021.  All bids should be delivered in a sealed envelope and addressed to the Muskegon County Procurement Office and be clearly marked: “IFB 21-2415 Contract No. 3 Memorial Drive”.
