The Muskegon County Board of Commissioners invites your proposal for the replacement of the Muskegon Area Transit System’s diesel storage tank along with upgrades to its fuel dispensing system and its fuel management system. Through this project, MATS seeks to replace its existing 3,000 gallon above ground Fuelgard diesel storage tank with a larger above ground tank (or tanks) of approximately a total of 10,000 usable gallons, accessible for semi-truck hauler refilling.
Vendor registration, as well as the request for bid materials, is available on the Bid Net Direct website at www.bidnetdirect.com. Proposals are due in the Muskegon County Accounts Payable Office, Central Services Building, 141 E. Apple Avenue, Muskegon, MI 49442, no later than 2:00 p.m., prevailing time, Friday, February 16, 2018.
No late proposals will be accepted. The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, reserves the right to waive formalities and to take such action as it deems necessary in the best interest of the County of Muskegon.
