The Muskegon County Board of Commissioners invites your proposal on Food Service and Vending Services at the Hall of Justice for the Muskegon County Public Works / Facilities Department. This solicitation is for the purpose of seeking a Contractor for the purpose of allowing employees and visitors of the building the convenience of purchasing meals, beverages, and snack items within the confines of Muskegon County’s Hall of Justice located at 990 Terrace Street, Muskegon Michigan 49442.
Vendor registration, as well as the request for bid materials, is available on the Michigan Intergovernmental Trade Network’s (MITN) website at www.mitn.info . Bids are due in the Muskegon County Purchasing Office, Central Services Building, 141 E. Apple Avenue, Muskegon, MI 49442, no later than 2:00 p.m., prevailing time, Tuesday, April 18, 2017.
No late bids will be accepted. The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, reserves the right to waive formalities and to take such action as it deems necessary in the best interest of the County of Muskegon.
