18-2315 - HOJ Food Service and Vending Services

The Muskegon County Board of Commissioners invites your Proposal for Food Service and Vending Services at the County of Muskegon Hall of Justice Building. The purpose of this solicitation is to find a Food Service and Vending Service provider for employees and visitors of the building convenience of purchasing meals, beverages, and snack items within the confines of the County of Muskegon Hall of Justice building.
 
Vendor registration, as well as the request for bid materials, is available on the Bid Net Direct website at www.bidnetdirect.com//muskegon-county. Proposals are due in the Muskegon County Accounts Payable Office, Central Services Building, 141 E. Apple Avenue, Muskegon, MI 49442, no later than 2:00 p.m., prevailing time, Friday, September 28, 2018.
 
No late proposals will be accepted.  The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, reserves the right to waive formalities and to take such action as it deems necessary in the best interest of the County of Muskegon.  The County of Muskegon operates as an equal opportunity provider and employer.
