Summary of Specifications:
The Muskegon County Public Works Board invites your proposal for Landfill Gas Pipeline Operation and MPSC Compliance Services for the Muskegon County Solid Waste Department. This RFP seeks to contract a qualified pipeline operator, who will be responsible for the reporting, pipeline inspection, modifications, construction, certifications, audits, MPSC inspections and all other necessary requirements to be in full compliance with the State and Federal regulations. Proposals are due in the Muskegon County Purchasing office no later than 2:00 pm Friday, February 17, 2017. No Late bids will be accepted.
