21-2414 - Landfill Gas Pipeline Operation and MPSC Compliance Services

The Muskegon County Public Works Board is requesting proposals for Landfill Gas Pipeline Operation and MPSC Compliance Services. The Muskegon County Solid Waste is seeking to procure a qualified pipeline operator, to be the operator of record responsible for the safe operation of the pipeline for the County of Muskegon Solid Waste Department.

Vendors and/or their representatives may submit bids electronically through Bid Net or physically at: Muskegon County Procurement Office, 141 E. Apple Avenue, Muskegon, MI 49442.


The Muskegon County Public Works Board reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or to accept the proposal that it finds, in its sole discretion, to be in the best interest of the County.

A copy of the RFP will be available by Friday, February 19, 2021, online at www.bidnetdirect/mitn/muskegon-county.

All proposals must be submitted no later than 2:00 PM on Tuesday, March 9, 2021.  All proposals should be delivered in a sealed envelope and addressed to the Muskegon County Procurement Office and be clearly marked: “RFP 21-2414 Landfill Gas Pipeline Operation”.
