The Muskegon County Regional Water Policy Board invites your qualifications and interest for Legal Counsel Services. This is for independent legal counsel to advise and represent the Regional Water Policy Board on a contractual basis under appointment by Board action.
Vendor registration, as well as the request for qualification materials, is available on the Michigan Intergovernmental Trade Network’s (MITN) website at www.mitn.info . Qualifications are due in the Muskegon County Purchasing Office, Central Services Building, 141 E. Apple Avenue, Muskegon, MI 49442, no later than 2:00 p.m., prevailing time, Friday, June 30, 2017.
No late qualifications will be accepted. The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all qualifications, reserves the right to waive formalities and to take such action as it deems necessary in the best interest of the County of Muskegon.
