21-2403 - Microtransit Turnkey Demand Response Service

The Muskegon County Board of Commissioners is requesting proposals for a Microtransit Turnkey Demand Response Service for the Muskegon Area Transit System. The Muskegon Area Transit System is seeking to procure a qualified prime contractor to develop and operate a turnkey microtransit demand response public transportation service in portions of Muskegon County, to include all technology, labor, and equipment for providing shared-ride service according to the needs of MATS and its stakeholders.

The Muskegon County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or to accept the proposal that it finds, in its sole discretion, to be in the best interest of the County.

A copy of the RFP will be available by Monday, October 12, 2020, online at www.bidnetdirect/mitn/muskegon-county. A virtual WebEx Pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Monday, October 12, 2020, at 2:00 PM. Attendance is recommended. All proposals must be submitted no later than 2:00 PM on Friday, December 11, 2020.  All proposals should be delivered in a sealed envelope and addressed to the Muskegon County Procurement Office and be clearly marked: “RFP 21-2403 MATS Microtransit Turnkey Demand Response Service”.
