The Muskegon County Public Works Board is requesting bids for the sale of Alfalfa. The Muskegon County Resource Recovery Center is selling alfalfa grown from nine different fields of varied acres grown at Muskegon County Resource Recovery Center Farm. Prices are to be paid per ton of Alfalfa, the weight having been adjusted to 32% dry matter.
Vendors and/or their representatives may submit bids electronically through Bid Net or physically at: Muskegon County Procurement Office, 141 E. Apple Avenue, Muskegon, MI 49442.
The Muskegon County Public Works Board reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or to accept the bids that it finds, in its sole discretion, to be in the best interest of the County.
A copy of the RFB will be available by Friday, March 12, 2021, online at www.bidnetdirect/mitn/muskegon-county.
All bids must be submitted no later than 2:00 PM on Tuesday, April 6, 2021. All bids should be delivered in a sealed envelope and addressed to the Muskegon County Procurement Office and be clearly marked: “RFP 21-2418 Sale of Alfalfa”.
