Summary of Specifications:
The Muskegon County Board of Commissioners invites your proposal for Senior Millage Grant Administration Services for the Senior Activities Committee. This proposal includes monitoring and evaluating the Senior Millage services, activities and grant awards; working with the grantee agencies to assure compliance with established guidelines, policies and procedures and reporting activities. Vendor registration, as well as the request for proposal materials, is available on the Michigan Intergovernmental Trade Network’s (MITN) website at www.mitn.info. Proposals are due in the Muskegon County Purchasing Office, Central Services Building, 141 E. Apple Avenue, Muskegon, MI 49442, no later than 2:00 p.m., prevailing time, Friday, May 19, 2017. No late proposals will be accepted. The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, reserves the right to waive formalities and to take such action as it deems necessary in the best interest of the County of Muskegon.
