The Muskegon County Board of Commissioners is requesting proposals for Senior Millage Grant Administration Services. The Muskegon County Public Health Department is seeking to procure a qualified contractor for the monitoring and evaluating of the Senior Millage services, activities and grant awards. The selected contractor will work with grantee agencies to assure compliance with established guideline, policies and procedures and report activities.

The Muskegon County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or to accept the proposal that it finds, in its sole discretion, to be in the best interest of the County.

All proposals must be submitted no later than 2:00 PM on Thursday, January 14, 2021. All proposals should be delivered in a sealed envelope and addressed to the Muskegon County Procurement Office and be clearly marked: “RFP 21-2408 Senior Millage Grant Administration Services”.
