The Muskegon County Board of Commissioners is requesting proposals for custodial and cleaning services at the Muskegon Area Transit System (MATS) sites. The Muskegon County Muskegon Area Transit System is seeking a three year contract for the services of a qualified custodial service provider to provide cleaning and custodial services at the Muskegon Area Transit System Administration Building and Herman Ivory Terminal.

The Muskegon County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or to accept the proposal that it finds, in its sole discretion, to be in the best interest of the County.
A copy of the RFP will be available by Monday, October 5, 2020, online at www.bidnetdirect/mitn/muskegon-county. A Pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Monday, October 19, 2020, at 10:00 AM in the MATS Administration Lobby, at 2624 Sixth St., Muskegon Heights, MI 49444. Attendance is recommended.
All proposals must be submitted no later than 2:00 PM on Friday, November 6, 2020. All proposals should be delivered in a sealed envelope and addressed to the Muskegon County Procurement Office and be clearly marked: “RFP 20-2398 Custodial & Cleaning Services at MATS Sites”.
