The Muskegon County Board of Commissioners invites your proposal for Transit Technology Implementation Plan. This solicitation is to procure a consulting firm to prepare a planning document that identifies and evaluates available software, hardware, and technology products that can be implemented by MATS to contributes to improved transit customer experiences and increased transit management efficiencies.
Vendor registration, as well as the request for bid materials, is available on the Bid Net Direct website at www.bidnetdirect.com//muskegon-county. Proposals are due in the Muskegon County Accounts Payable Office, Central Services Building, 141 E. Apple Avenue, Muskegon, MI 49442, no later than 2:00 p.m., prevailing time, Friday, August 31, 2018.
No late proposals will be accepted. The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, reserves the right to waive formalities and to take such action as it deems necessary in the best interest of the County of Muskegon.
