Description

The 60th District Court and Muskegon County Board of Commissioners is requesting proposals for Treatment Services. The Muskegon County 60th District is seeking to procure a qualified service provider for the Sobriety Court supervised treatment program for participants who abuse or are dependent on any controlled substance primarily alcohol.

The Muskegon County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or to accept the proposal that it finds, in its sole discretion, to be in the best interest of the County.

A copy of the RFP will be available by Monday, January 6, 2020, online at www.bidnetdirect/mitn/muskegon-county.

All proposals must be submitted no later than 2:00 PM on Friday, January 24, 2020. All proposals should be delivered in a sealed envelope and addressed to the Muskegon County Accounts Payable Office and be clearly marked: “RFP 20-2373 Treatment Services”.
