18-2314 - Vended School Meals for JTC

The Muskegon County Juvenile Transition Center is requesting proposals for school food service vended meals. The Vendor would provide meal services according to United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) regulations and guidelines as well as State of Michigan Department of Education policies and guidelines.

The Muskegon County Juvenile Transition Center Board of Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or to accept the proposal that it finds, in its sole discretion, to be in the best interest of the school district.
 
A copy of the RFQ will be available by August 17, 2018, online at www.bidnetdirect/mitn/muskegon-county.  Pre-bid meetings are scheduled for Wednesday, August 29, 2018, at 10:00 AM and again at 3:00 PM at 205 E. Apple, Muskegon, MI 49442.  Attendance is recommended during one of these meetings, but is not mandatory.
 
All proposals must be submitted no later than 2:00 pm on Friday, September 14, 2018.  All proposals should be delivered in a sealed envelope and addressed to the Muskegon County Accounts Payable Office and be clearly marked: RFP18-2314 Food Service Vended Meal Proposal.
