20-2389 - Wastewater Parking Lot Paving & Other Improvements

The Muskegon County Public Works Board is requesting bids for Parking Lot Paving and Other Improvements. Muskegon County Wastewater Management System (MCWMS), located at 698 North Maple Island Road invites contractors to bid on the repaving the access road and the parking lot of the Administration Building. Ideally, the access road and the parking lot repaving will provide a smooth, durable, long lasing parking surface that will not pond water, will resist thermal cracking, and will include speed humps at designated locations.


Vendor registration and the request for bid materials, is available by Tuesday, June 30, 2020 on the Bid Net Direct website at www.bidnetdirect.com/mitn/muskegon-county. A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for Monday, July 6, 2020 at 10:00 am at the MCWMS Administration Building, 698 N Maple Island Road, Muskegon MI 49442.

Vendors and/or their representatives may submit bids to the Muskegon County Procurement Office, 141, E. Apple Avenue, Muskegon, MI 49442 or online at www.bidnetdirect.com/mitn/muskegon-county.

All bids must be submitted no later than 2:00 p.m. prevailing time, Tuesday, July 21, 2020. All bids should be delivered in sealed envelope and addressed to the County of Muskegon and be clearly marked “Parking Lot Paving & Other Improvements”
