Summary of Specifications:
The Muskegon County Public Works Board invites your proposal on the Water Cost of Service and Rate Study for the Muskegon County Public Works Department. This solicitation is to provide a rate study that includes cost of service and a long-term financial plan for the Northside and Eastside Water Systems. Vendor registration, as well as the request for bid materials, is available on the Michigan Intergovernmental Trade Network’s (MITN) website at www.mitn.info . Bids are due in the Muskegon County Purchasing Office, Central Services Building, 141 E. Apple Avenue, Muskegon, MI 49442, no later than 2:00 p.m., prevailing time, Friday, April 14, 2017. No late bids will be accepted. The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, reserves the right to waive formalities and to take such action as it deems necessary in the best interest of the County of Muskegon.
