Summary of Specifications:
The Muskegon County Board of Public Works invites your proposal for a Water System Asset Management Plan for the Muskegon County Public Works Department. This proposal includes the development of an asset management plan pursuant to the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality Standards for two (2) water systems, the Northside water system and the Eastside water system.
Vendor registration, as well as the request for bid materials, is available on the Michigan Intergovernmental Trade Network’s (MITN) website at www.mitn.info . Bids are due in the Muskegon County Purchasing Office, Central Services Building, 141 E. Apple Avenue, Muskegon, MI 49442, no later than 2:00 p.m., prevailing time, Tuesday, March 21, 2017.
No late bids will be accepted. The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, reserves the right to waive formalities and to take such action as it deems necessary in the best interest of the County of Muskegon.
