0681.2021 - Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) for Individuals with Autism

OCHN is seeking multiple service providers of clinic-based and home-based Applied Behavior Analysis services for children and youth ages 18 months to  21 years of age, residing in Oakland County, with a diagnosis of ASD and able to benefit from BHT –ABA. 
Reference Section 18-Behavioral Health Treatment Services/Applied Behavioral Analysis of the most recent version of the Michigan Medicaid Provider Manual, for a full-service description and requirement (Appendix 2).  
In the event and to the extent of any conflict between any applicable statute, regulation or MDHHS rule on the one hand and the terms of this RFP of the Contract on the other hand, the terms of the applicable statute, regulation or MDHHS rule shall supersede and govern.
