244-2021 - Compensation Study

Bidder shall provide OCHN with a solution that addresses the following general areas, many of which may be discussed in greater detail elsewhere in this RFP:

• Comprehensive evaluation of positions at OCHN to determine relative pay within the organization for market competitiveness, internal equity and for the establishment of pay ranges.
• Comparison and analysis of wages and benefits of like or similar jobs in comparable employers.
• Recommendation for job descriptions and job classifications.
• Presentation of the findings and recommendations.
• Final report providing overview of the methodology used and comparable data related to wages and benefits that formed the basis of the final recommendations and analysis.
• Development of an implementation and communication strategy along with timeline to phase-in the recommendations across OCHN’s workforce.
• Orientation and training for the Human Resources staff to ensure the skills, knowledge and methodology used in this evaluation are transferred so the plan can be maintained, updated and used for future human resource management of the compensation system.
