A mandatory pre-bid meeting and site walk-through will be held on August 12 at 9:00 a.m. starting at Oakland Community Health Network, 5505 Corporate Drive, Troy, Michigan 48098 then proceed to the Resource and Crisis Center, 1200 N. Telegraph Road, Building 32E, Pontiac, Michigan 48341. Contractors will have the opportunity to view the premises inside and outside, meet key staff and ask project-related questions. Please limit attendance to one (1) representative from your organization.
All Contractors that submit timely Confirmation of Interest form shall receive information to select an assigned time for the pre-bid meeting. OCHN shall provide several options for assigned times to keep our attendance at 10 individuals or less during the meeting.
Attendance is mandatory and will be recorded.
OCHN shall implement strategies to encourage behaviors that reduce the spread of COVID-19. During the pre-bid meeting all Contractors shall:
- Wear a face mask.
- Practice safe physical distancing.
OCHN shall meet the Proposers outside the main entrance. Proposers will be asked a series of basic health questions and your temperature will be taken before you enter the building. Hand sanitizer will be provided for all attendees.
ALL PROPOSER REPRESENTATIVES ATTENDING THE PRE-BID MEETING SHALL BE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT AN OCHN HEALTH ASSESSMENT THE DAY OF THE MEETING.
PROPOSERS SHALL NOT ATTEND THE PRE-BID MEETING IF THEY HAVE TESTED POSITIVE FOR COVID-19, ARE SHOWING COVID-19 SYMPTOMS OR HAVE RECENTLY HAD A CLOSE CONTACT WITH A PERSON WITH COVID-19.
