Description

OCHN is soliciting proposals from qualified SUD needs assessment survey organizations. The primary purpose for this RFP is to obtain the services of a qualified proposer to conduct a comprehensive needs assessment related to consumption patterns and consequences of substance use in Oakland County. The goal of this service is to complete a strategic plan based on data, research, and community input upon which to base future prevention, treatment, and recovery programming.

Work required under this contract is descried in the RFP. Proposers should review the RFP and submit proposals in compliance with the RFP. The RFP is designed to provide Proposers with all the information needed to write a successful proposal. Required Attachments are provided in Word format for simplicity in preparing a proposal.
