OCHN is requesting proposals from licensed substance use disorder providers interested in providing licensed Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Outpatient Services which includes Outpatient, Medication Assisted Treatment, Co-occurring Treatment, Case Management, Peer Recovery Services, Yoga, Acupuncture, Early Intervention, Domicile Intensive Outpatient and Domicile Outpatient, as well as Women’s Specialty Services, Enhanced Women’s Services, to eligible residents in Oakland County, Michigan.

A pre-bid meeting will be held via Microsoft Teams. Proposers will have the opportunity to review the scope of work, meet key staff and ask project-related questions.
All proposers that submit timely Confirmation of Interest form shall receive a calendar appointment with a link to join the Teams meeting.
Proposers are strongly encouraged to attend the pre-bid meeting. This will be the only opportunity to review the RFP with OCHN prior to submitting a proposal.
