The Oakland Community Health Network, hereafter known as OCHN, is requesting proposals from licensed, in accordance with requirements of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA), substance use disorder prevention entities interested in providing evidence-based preventionprograms, services and activities that addresses the problems that result from the use/misuseof Alcohol, Tobacco and Other Drugs (ATOD) in Oakland County (OC). The current issueswere identified by a recent OCHN Needs Assessment (NA) utilizing the Strategic PreventionFramework (SPF) planning model required by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA).

Additional Bidding Instructions

OCHN invites Bidders to submit proposals in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Request for Proposal (RFP). This solicitation provides the requirements and evaluative criteria for Services as described in the Scope of Work section of this solicitation and requests a detailed response from all prospective Proposers, including pricing and service descriptions, in the specified format. The target dates for the solicitation and contracting processes are set forth in the RFP document.

Please carefully read the RFP for detailed bidding instructions. The solicitation is designed to provide proposing vendors with all the information needed to write a successful proposal.

All completed attachments included in the RFP are due on or before 4:00 PM EST August 10, 2021.
