The Oakland Community Health Network, hereafter known as OCHN, is requesting proposals from highly qualified, experienced website development and administration companies to design, develop and implement its public-facing website (www.oaklandchn.org) using a robust Content Management System (CMS)-based application that delivers specialized capabilities for OCHN and the community. The chosen partner must be a company that has experience in managing website development and administration projects for government-funded organizations and expertise with best practices regarding:

User experience and usability testing

OCHN invites Bidders to submit proposals in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Request for Proposal (RFP). This solicitation provides the requirements and evaluative criteria for Website Development as described in the Scope of Work section of this solicitation and requests a detailed response from all prospective Bidders, including pricing and service descriptions, in the specified format. The target dates for the solicitation and contracting processes are set forth in the RFP document.

Please carefully read the RFP for detailed bidding instructions. The solicitation is designed to provide proposing vendors with all the information needed to write a successful proposal.

All completed attachments included in the RFP are due on or before 4:00 PM EST December 10, 2020.
