Bids can be mailed to the above address as long as they are received before the due date & time
or dropped off to the receptionist in the lobby between 8:00am & 4:30pm (Closed from noon to
1pm for Lunch) Monday thru Friday. Bid opening will be on the first floor of the above listed
address approximately 5 mins after the bids are due. Bidders are not required to be at the bid
opening.
