Description

The Oakland County Water Resources Commissioner (WRC) is seeking bids from experienced and financially secure Contractors to provide the following:

1. PRIMARY PLAN - A complete management system for land application of all wastewater treatment biosolids produced at the Walled Lake-Novi WWTP.
a. The estimated annual volume of biosolids expected to be removed is approximately 2,500,000 gallons.
b. The management system shall be comprised of but shall not necessarily be limited to the following components:
i. Biosolids removal.
ii. Biosolids testing.
iii. Biosolids transportation.
iv. Agronomic services.
v. Land application of biosolids to Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes and Energy (MDEGLE) approved farmland sites.
