005312 - Bond Counsel Services

The Oakland County Water Resources Commissioner (WRC) is requesting proposals from licensed and insured attorneys or law firms (Vendor) to provide legal services related to the issuance of debt instruments. The successful Vendor will be responsible for the overall conduct of each bond offering and will provide advice and counsel as needed. The WRC will work closely with Vendor to ensure that it can perform its duties in a professional and efficient manner. It may be necessary for Vendor to undertake financial services on behalf of a drainage district, a statutory public corporation established in accordance with the Michigan Drain Code, separate and distinct from the County of Oakland.
