005109 - CRWRRF Biosolids Testing

The purpose of this request is to select a laboratory to provide Fecal Coliform and Salmonella testing on dewatered biosolids at our Clinton River Water Resource Recovery Facility (CRWRRF). The analytical services will be on an as-needed basis and will be performed at the CRWRRF located at 155 North Opdyke Rd, Pontiac, MI 48342.
 
Fecal Coliform and Salmonella testing analytical services will be on an as-needed basis and will be in accordance to EPA methods 1681 & 1682. Please refer to attachments C, D & E for the approved EPA standards and requirements by the State of Michigan for analysis. Laboratories submitting prices for biosolids analyses must follow the EPA methods and meet certification standards required by the State of Michigan.
 
Laboratories shall submit with their pricing and other required submittals, any certifications they may have for each item under the PRICING section for which a price is submitted.    
 
Both the Fecal Coliform and Salmonella analysis will be performed at the same time when samples are collected.
