The Oakland County Water Resources Commissioner (OCWRC) operates and maintains the Commerce Twp. Wastewater Treatment Plant (COT WWTP), which includes six clarifiers. Four 90 ft diameter clarifiers have a weir-wolf brush system installed to remove algae from the launder trough. Over its life, the brush system has performed well, but now requires repairs and refurbishment.
B. Work for this solicitation requires refurbishment and repair of worn and/or damaged parts on Clarifier brush systems, or provision of new parts. Furnishing, shipping, delivery, removal, and installation shall be included as part of this work.
C. OC WRC is seeking a service contract for this work for 2 years with the option to extend an additional 3 years.
D. All work shall be conducted and shipments delivered directly to the Commerce Township Wastewater Treatment Plant at 649 Welch Road, Commerce Twp, MI.
E. Working hours at Commerce Wastewater Treatment Plant are from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
