005169 - Commerce WWTP Administration Building Improvements

The Oakland County Water Resources Commissioner (OCWRC) operates and maintains the Commerce Twp. Wastewater Treatment Plant (COT WWTP), which includes the overall site drainage control for the facility. This project is to remedy the sidewalk damage and improper water runoff drainage at the front entry and parking of the Administration Building. OCWRC is seeking bids for the restoration of the sidewalk along the front of the Administration Building. 

This solicitation includes work for replacement of sidewalk, provision of additional drainage through swales and trench drain, and restoration of landscaping.

This solicitation is for providing all the items listed as above and in the Bid Form, as indicated in the attached drawings and specifications.
