Oakland County is looking to purchase Adobe License renewals for County wide applications. The Adobe license quantities and descriptions are on the XL Cost sheet. We are asking for 1,2,3 and 5 year pricing and will determine the best value offered to the County.

The County is asking in recognition of the benefits to Contractor for County providing information to other government entities through its cooperative program, if the awarde supplier would like to participate and pay County an administrative fee or other benefit. The Administrative Fee will correspond to percent (_%) of the revenue Contractor receives from orders, purchases, and/or contracts it has entered into with other government entities who participate .
